Step 02

Your website will be reviewed within 24 hours,and we will send you a summary of ourfindings and recommendations, as well as theschedule for the migration. You will need toreply to this email, stating that you agree withthe whole process and approve all changesthe move forward.

* The Live site should be “Frozen” during the migration – nochanges should be made on the site till the migration iscompleted. We start the migration process to our servers:

  • We will apply all fixes and recommend changes, that you agreed on in your response
  • We will send you a temporary URL to review the migrated websites, with all the log-in info.
  • Once you inform us that everything is OK and the site looks and works the way you want it to, it will be migrated to our servers.

Step 04

The final site requires to change the DNS records. This is something we can do for you or you can do it yourself. We will either change the Name Servers (NS) to set them up with CloudFlare or we can create a new A Record.This is completely up to you.

After the migration you will receive a confirmation email, stating that your website is Live and the migration process has been completed.

* We recommended to set up your NS records using CloudFlare as this improves the speed and security of the website and provide easy DNS management. One more thing, if you have clients using Office 365 for their emails. To prevent problems with DNS migration to CloudFlare we will need to receive all the DNS records details that we will have to create for the Office 365 to work or we will only be about to use A Record that will go directly to our server without passing through CloudFlare.

Office 365 has very convoluted DNS setup and we are sometimes getting the problem to make it work. Mostly is about old or change records that we did not know about.
