Move your site to new server

Hi {client},

I would like to inform you that we will move your sites to the new server.
Could you please list the most important sites that we need to move first.
This work will take around few hours.
It should be noted that the sites should be “Frozen” (no update) during the migration – no changes should be made on the site till the migration is completed.
